Guideline for submission of Abstracts for Free paper Sessions
A team of experts will review the submitted abstracts for oral and poster presentations.
Experts’ decision on the abstract being eligible for ORAL or POSTER presentation will be communicated by October 15, 2022.
To enable participants to avail of the EARLY BIRD Registration, the acceptance/rejection of their abstracts received before 1st August 2022 will be informed by August 10, 2022.
Poster presentation: Abstracts chosen for Poster Session will be a part of the conference proceedings, and an on-site presence would be necessary for the presentation. Therefore, posters will not be online.
Abstract structure: The abstract should be in the English language, not be more than 400 words and include the Title, Author and co-authors, Background, Methods, Results and Conclusion. The name of presenting author is underlined.
Abstract Format: Font Arial, only 11 points in MS Word format are accepted.
