Cancellation and Refund Policy of Registration fee of APOCP 11
In case of any eventuality if the conference cannot be held on the proposed dates it will be postponed and not cancelled. All Registered participants will have their fee carried forward and be eligible to participate in the conference on the new dates. All participants will be duly informed.
A refund of the Registration fee, on participant request, is accepted and the fee will be refunded as follows:
- 50% refund up to 30 days before the beginning of the conference
- 25% refund up to 15 days before the beginning of the conference
- No Refund within 15 days before the beginning of the conference
- Refunds will be made only after the end of the conference
- No refund on unattended conference
